I'm not a fan of Obi-Wan and Padme, although it does seem hinted a bit in episode three. Generally, that's why Anakin turned on his own wife and best friend/brother type.
Also something that bugged me is Obi-Wan said Anakin was like a brother to him in ROTS but in AOTC Anakin says Obi-Wan is like a father to him..argh....
